Reiki For Anxiety

Reiki is great for many things, but is especially effective for anxiety.  As we go through this pandemic, much that we took for granted has changed.  Unplanned change is disquieting, but when it happens on such a grand scale we can be left feeling ungrounded, unmoored and wondering about our own security.  Reiki can help you shed the fear, which in turn frees you to look for solutions; it will impart peace where there was little before.  Message me if you have more questions!
